Live music and the strangeness of normal
The whole brushing arms with strangers, breathing in the recycled breath of people outside of your former bubble — still feels odd. Especially at gigs where we’re all rammed in together.
This was taken at Ian Brown’s epiphanic solo gig at Manchester Victoria Warehouse. It was one of those moments when you know you’ve captured something.
On this occasion, it was the vaping guy on the right letting out his bloom 🌬 and the trio huddled together in the centre.
Oh, and Ian Brown’s there on the stage somewhere 😉
Great approach to a concert night
