Very nice Nat. Nothing better than purging the daily world from the mind for the creative world of photography.

I 💯 agree. It helps digest the good and bad — it at least to process it meaningfully.

A return to the familiar for the briefly uninspired artist is like comfort food for the bedridden. Saltines are what I need when I'm sick. Maybe those night streets are your saltines.

Absolutely. I’ve never had Saltines but they sound like the perfect antidote

Truly evocative photos. I wish I had the vocabulary for how the photos—these night street scenes of darkness and brilliant light—make me feel.

I love these photographs, Nat! They evoke in me similar feelings to what Edward Hopper's work does: loneliness, desire, isolation and also connection, a little mystery, curiosity, a longing to be there in those places _with_ someone. Also a longing to be someone else. Someone in that bar, or on that street, or in one of the rooms behind those windows, or listening to the music advertised on the wall. Thank you for sharing these! ❤🙏
